Let me preface by saying- I used to LOVE Fu's (each and every location).

I come to Fu's primarily for their sesame chicken and a great lunch special.

I go to this particular location on Christmas night yearly.

This past Christmas, Fu's FELL OFF. Did they get new management again?

It was as if the there was a new chef and new recipes. Everything seemed off.

I would normally say, "It's Christmas night - they were busy". It was not any busier there than a normal lunch hour - so I will not give them that.

-It took 5 (FIVE!!!!!) requests to get our water and tea
-The egg drop soup is different now and barely had any egg
-The crab rangoon was cold
-The sesame chicken sauce was off, chicken was of bad quality
-The waiters were all very frantic and kept bumping into our chairs as though they were drunk

The best part of chinese food is the leftovers, and while we had plenty to take home, we opted not to.

My experience at Fu's was bad enough to write this location off completely.
