I thought I loved Today's Maids till the end of my experience with them.

I hired Judy (the owner) to do a move out cleaning for me after living in the same apartment for 4 years.

I was really excited because she accepted the job last minute and on a Sunday!

She also gave me a great rate! $85 for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that needed major cleaning.

The good:
-She left my apartment in wonderful condition. It looked super clean ensuring me to get all of my deposit back.

The bad:
-she either forgot OR chose not to leave the key when she was done.

At first I thought this was an honest mistake. However, she has not returned my call(s), text(s), and email(s) in 3 days.

How strange! Now my complex is charging me for the missing key! (did I mention I gave her an extra $10 for coming with such short notice)!

I would have used her in my new apartment, but this is crazy shady behavior.

I am not recommending this one.
