Brisket Bar-B-Q has that classic family owned BarBQ joint feel (red checkered picnic table included).

What sets Brisket Bar-B-Q apart from the other BarBQ spots in the area are the following:

a) They don't get too comfortable relying on their regular lunch crowd to make profit (and they sure do have a regular lunch crowd). They are constantly evolving, adding new items to the menu without forgetting who they are.

b) Their all beef sausage - hands down favorite sausage in Houston. Perfectly cooked, with perfect sauce to go with it.

My friends and I picked up some loaded baked potatoes topped with brisket before going to St. Arnold's this weekend. At least 5 people stopped us at the brewery to ask us where we got "the best looking baked potato" they have ever seen.

Bottom line, Brisket Bar-B-Q is a no frills, family joint with good people, good prices, and GREAT BarBQ.
